Terms of Service

Sheerly Color Lab is operated by Sheerly by Shah. By creating an account or using any tool on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be 16 or older to create an account, and 18 or older to buy a membership, credits, or a booking. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

One-time credits unlock a single run of a specific tool. Credits don't expire, aren't transferable, and have no cash value. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Because AI results are generated instantly, credits and completed AI runs are non-refundable once used. If a tool fails and doesn't produce a result, contact us and we'll restore the credit or refund it. Membership fees for a period already started are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges.

Independent artists set their own prices, availability, and cancellation rules. We provide the platform, booking tools, and payment handling, and we take a platform commission from artist earnings as described on the artist plans page. We are not the provider of an artist's services and are not responsible for the outcome of a session.

You keep ownership of every photo and post you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely to run the service for you (for example, to generate a preview or show your post in the community feed). You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, sexual or explicit content, hateful content, or images and copy you copied from a brand, photographer, or another creator. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Where you paste a product link or we reference a retailer, those brand names, trademarks, and product images belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the item you asked about. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those retailers, their listings, or their fulfilment.

The service is provided "as is". Color analysis, glow previews, and shade suggestions are subjective style guidance produced by AI, not professional, medical, or dermatological advice, and not a promise of any result. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Physical products are sold by Sheerly by Shah and checkout, payment, shipping, taxes, returns and exchanges for those orders are handled by the Shopify store under its own store policies. Cosmetic and skincare suggestions are not evaluated by the FDA, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and individual results vary. Glow previews are AI illustrations of a possible outcome, not a projection of your actual skin. Patch-test new products and speak to a dermatologist about any skin concern, allergy, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
